What comes with the machine
Every machine is grade-A, brought in from Germany and the Netherlands, refurbished by our own engineers and tested before delivery. With it you get installation at your site, operator training on the software and hardware, online technical support with a 24-hour WhatsApp support group, and continuing service, spare parts and toner.
Machines installed in Egypt carry a warranty of 6 months or 10,000 copies. For export, the machine is tested and secured inside a closed wooden crate, and the shipping method and point of delivery are agreed with you in writing before it leaves. Online technical support, spare parts and toner remain available wherever the machine is.
